Introduction

Welcome to Wingman. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wingman, a mobile application available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices, operated by Lazul Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Wingman, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wingman, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account Creation and Management

To use certain features of Wingman, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain and update your account information; keep your credentials secure; accept responsibility for all activity under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Billing

Wingman offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system — we do not process payments directly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; changes apply to subsequent renewal periods only.

In-App Purchases

Wingman may offer additional in-app purchases processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to: use the App in violation of applicable laws; attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the App; use automated systems or bots; copy, modify, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or decompile the App; share your account credentials; or transmit harmful code or malicious software.

Wingman provides educational content to help users build social confidence. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Wingman is not a substitute for professional services. Please consult qualified professionals for any such concerns.

Intellectual Property

Wingman and its content are owned by Lazul Pty Ltd and protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazul Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use Wingman. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wingman is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. You may terminate by deleting the App and canceling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
